By entering Toyota City Free Oil Changes and Car Washes for Life Contest ("Contest"), you agree to abide by these Official Rules and the decisions of Toyota City, which are final and binding in all respects.

Contestants are required to follow the entry rules as follows:
       Instagram: Like the contest post; Follow our feed if you don't already; Tag your friends in a comment for extra chances to win. They can win by following us too!
       Facebook: Like the contest post; Like our Facebook Page if you don't alreadyl; Tag your friends in a comment for extra chances to win. They can win by liking us too!

The winning contestant will receive 2 oil changes per year, 6 car washes per year, subject to availability by appointment with the Toyota City Service Center. Winning Services $750 total value. The winning services are for the current owner's vehicle only at the time of the drawing. Winning services will not applied to the winning vehicle if no longer in the winning contestant's possession. Oil change includes labor, filter cost not included.

Contest drawing selection
       There is one content promoted on both Facebook and Instagram. There is not a separate contest for each platform;
       The winner will be randomly-selected from a pool of Facebook and Instagram contestants;
       Toyota City will select the winner based on the following criteria:
       1. Must like/follow the Toyota City Facebook Page/Instagram Feed;
       2. Must Like the contest-specific post.

Contestants who do not meet all of the criteria as outlined above will not qualify for the contest.

Employees, officers, and directors of Toyota City, their respective partners, agencies, related companies, and agents, as well as the immediate family (defined as parents, spouse, children, siblings, and grandparents), and same household members of such employee, officer, and director, are not eligible to enter. All applicable federal state, and local laws and regulations apply. Winners of previous 

Contest Entry
       The specific contest entry requirements will vary with each contest. All entries must be made in conformance with the relevant contest’s requirements. Non-conforming entries will be rejected and ineligible for contest prizes. Any entrant using fraudulent means to participate and/or win the contest will be disqualified. Any attempt by an entrant to undermine the legitimate operation of the context may be a violation of criminal and civil laws.
       Toyota City reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel, modify, terminate, or suspend a contest for any reason and without prior notice. In such case, Sirius may, as appropriate under the circumstances, select a contest winner via reasonable means consistent with the specific contest.

Contest Deadlines
       Each contest has its own deadline. All entries must be submitted on or before midnight EST on the date set forth for each specific contest.

Winner Selection and Notification
       The odds of winning vary from contest to contest. The winning entry or entries for a contest will be selected in compliance with the terms of the specific contest. Toyota City will contact contest winners by social media direct message to confirm a winning entry.

The potential contest winner will forfeit the prize if he/she does not respond to the initial notification message within 24 hours, rejects the prize, or is disqualified for any reason. In the event of prize forfeiture, an alternate winner will be selected.

Publicity
       Except where prohibited by law, entry in a contest and acceptance of a prize constitutes the entrant’s consent to Toyota City's use of his/her name, likeness, voice, opinions/comments, and other indicia of persona for a contest, trade, or advertising purposes in any media without geographic or time limitation, and without additional payment or consideration.

Release
       By entering a contest and, if applicable, receipt of any prize, each entrant and, as applicable, winner agrees to release and hold harmless Toyota City and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claim or cause of action arising out of participation in a contest or any contest-related activity, or from the receipt or use or misuse of any prize, including claims or causes of action related to alleged damage to an entrant’s computer or electronic systems from downloading or using any material from Toyota City’s website, regardless of whether the material is connected to Sirius’ website by a hyperlink text.

Use of Collected Data
       Toyota City will collect personal data about entrants for purposes of administering contests. By entering into a contest, entrants agree to Toyota City’s collection and usage of their personal information. Toyota City does not, and will not, disclose entrants’ personal information to non-affiliated third-parties.
