You will be dining in a grand old train station with gorgeous woodwork, vaulted ceilings, massive fireplace, and a delicious mix of Italian and Continental cuisine to suit different palettes. You may enjoy a T-Bone lamb chop, pork chop, NY strip or ribeye while your partner feasts on linguine with fresh shucked clam sauce. The service is excellent.

Did you know the Mamaroneck is a home of one of the oldest and most famous hotdog restaurants, Walter’s Hotdogs? Walters is located at 937 Palmer Ave. You can’t miss it. Look for the green roof and dragons. (The building is a nationally registered historical landmark.) An exclusive blend of beef, pork and veal, Walter’s hot dogs are split down the middle, grilled in a “secret sauce,” and served on a toasted bun with Walter’s signature mustard: a blend of choice mustard seeds, relish and spices. You can have curly fries and fresh ice-cream for dessert. There’s nothing like it!
The only place for a great slice of traditional pizza is Sal’s Pizzeria located at 316 Mamaroneck Ave. Sal’s competes with the best of Bronx pizzerias and we’re lucky to have them nearby! The crust is crispy with a little char on the bottom, dense and chewy and able to carry whatever toppings you choose. And of course they also do calzones and other solid pizzeria favorites.
